We offer undergraduates the opportunity to gain hands-on marketing experience during their first few years at USC. After training, new members are staffed to one marketing consulting project per semester. They will also be paired with an experienced Executive Board member for support in the beginning stages. Teams will work autonomously for the most part, but will receive constant constructive feedback during the process.

We look for hard working, driven individuals with a passion for marketing. Moreover, individuals who can articulate comprehensive strategies and substantive solutions. Our organization recruits bi-annually, during fall and spring semester. The recruitment process involves an application, a resume drop, a first-round behavioral interview, and a second-round case interview.
If selected for a behavioral interview, please be prepared to answer questions that explain your leadership qualities, your interest in AIM Consulting, and your unique contribution as an AIM consultant.
